What is the Animal Welfare Project?

THE ANIMAL WELFARE PROJECT will provide a community service
while helping unwanted animals. Rather than simply destroy an
overwhelming population of excess animals, the idea is to instead
turn them into a valuable community asset. By using professional trainers, veterinarians, and behaviorists, all homeless animals will be welcomed, cleaned up, and closely evaluated for their innate abilities. Then those abilities will be cultivated.
